The Job:

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to deliver digital solutions across multi-channel, integrated marketing and communications programs. Based in our Employer Marketing team, you will manage the digital engagement strategy for our Employer channels, you will also work closely with Digital Channel Manager for Member Engagement collaborating in the strategy for all digital channels at Rest.

This is an ideal next step for an experienced Digital Marketer to join an organisation going through significant growth as we transform how we engage with both our employers and members through Digital Channels and provides and outstanding opportunity to use your experience to drive best practice at Rest.  

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • End to end digital development of systems and solutions
  • Business case development, scoping, UX and testing, content strategy, design, build and implementation
  • Ensure compliance, compatibility and integration within our digital ecosystem, legacy systems and supplier networks
  • Translate the business’ requirements into technical scope and detailed project plans,  including timelines, budgets and supplier briefs and delivery expectations
  • Developing and delivering digital campaigns
  • Implementing customer journey optimisation and UX for digital advice and education
  • Tracking and managing continuous improvement

About You:
  • Tertiary qualification within a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrable experience as a digital marketing manager, digital producer, project manager or digital account manager in a corporate or agency environment
  • Understanding of SEO and analytics
  • Understanding of coding and build principles would be highly valued
  • Editing and copy-writing skills
  • Experience in CMS content management and publishing (preferably Kentico),
  • Demonstrated experience in driving brand awareness and engagement through digital channels
  • Documentation, organisational, analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing service providers and understanding of agency/corporate interactions, agreements and operational models.
  • Industry knowledge – experience and/or understanding of superannuation/financial services industry, including insurance ideal but not essential
  • Experience and understanding of corporate (ideally B2B) social media strategy and delivery ideal but not essential
  • Cross platform/device development and implementation experience ideal but not essential
