About the Job 
As part of the leadership team, you will report directly to the Group Executive and play a pivotal role in executing our strategic objectives within Member Engagement. Leading the Member Marketing team in the design and implementation of member experience campaigns and propositions through various channels ensuring consistency of tone of voice and member messaging, executing in concert with all teams across Rest and with our media partners. 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Member campaign management
  • Consistency of tone of voice and messaging to members
  • Promotions and advertising for members
  • Employer campaign delivery (with Head of Employer Channels & Marketing and the Head of Employer Strategy & Insights)
  • FUM acquisition and retention
  • Continuous improvement & project delivery activities
  • Product launches (with Product & Operations GM’s).

About You:
As an experienced leader you can mentor, coach and inspire senior managers to deliver their best, leading by example. Driven with a highly collaborative style, you are a natural influencer and advisor who embraces challenge to deliver optimum business outcomes.
  • Minimum of eight years’ experience in marketing and communications, and at least three years in leadership positions.
  • Expertise using marketing automation systems including the optimisation of data-driven, personalised communication programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in through-the-line marketing campaigns including integrated campaigns across personalised and broadcast media (digital and non-digital).  With experience in marketing planning and strategy.
  • Ability to partner effectively and efficiently with marketing and customer experience agencies and other partners to optimise creative strategies and media plans.
  • Advanced competence in budget planning and management.
  • Strong quantitative aptitude and background.
  • Advanced skills in collaboration and constructive cross-team leadership
  • Previous experience within Superannuation, Financial Services or other Highly regulated industry would be highly regarded.
