About the Job
Your role will be to lead the digital channel performance (programmatic, display, search and social channels) with the aim of driving brand uplift as well as increasing member registration.

As an integral part of our Digital team you will assist with digital strategy, working closely with both the team and internal stakeholders to provide the social strategy presence of Rest. This is an ideal opportunity to transform how we use our media channels, using your experience to influence best practice across social media and our app within an autonomous environment that provides you with the support to achieve your career “personal best”. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop the overall strategy for Rest’s digital media channel
  • Deep understanding of the Digital media landscape
  • Using the latest Analytics and measurement tools, you’ll provide insights and recommendations around optimising the Digital spend for our campaigns
  • Build, maintain and manage a clear roadmap for digital media channels (and work closely with stakeholders to align organisation, member and brand strategy).
  • Be a brand advocate and possess a good working knowledge of brand strategy to support the implementation of brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Build, manage and foster trusted internal and external stakeholder relationships to assist in delivering digital media communications
  • Manage the delivery of digital campaigns by external partners
  • Analysing customer reporting in conjunction with the Customer Analytics team  to gain valuable insights for strategic and tactical decision making (NPS, CSAT, campaign reporting, internal and external research insights and business reporting)
  • Responsible for keeping informed of new digital media trends to apply and share knowledge within the team.

 About You:

  • Demonstrated digital performance experience
  • Previous experience in agency environment, working with tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords and Display Ads, DCM, Facebook Analytics and Ads
  • Experience in managing digital media channel strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Experience in managing service providers
  • Advanced excel skills including pivot tables, charts and complex formulae
  • Strategic thinker with advanced problem-solving skills and robust judgement
  • Have experience or have knowledge of in various social marketing platforms
  • Up to date Google/Bing/Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn training certifications would be highly regarded
  • Understand what formats work best depending on content and objective.
