The Heron Partnership 5 Quality Star Rating

The Heron Partnership rating service assesses and rates the various personal and corporate products of a super fund, based on five areas of importance: investment arrangements, insurance, communications, contributions and ancillary benefits. Heron assesses about 120 key product features under these areas of importance to develop its comparative product ratings.  For pension products, the areas of importance are investment arrangements, pension payments, communications, death payments and ancillary benefits, and Heron assesses around 70 specific pension product features.

Heron’s primary goal with the Heron ratings is to provide a realistic and objective representation of the strengths and weaknesses of a product.
