Coronavirus and your business

Supporting employers through challenging times

How we’re working differently to help you

Coronavirus is challenging us all in many ways. We understand we are living in uncertain times and having to adapt to a new way of life. You may have had to change the way you work to support your team through this crisis and keep your business going. You may’ve even had to change the products and services you offer.

To support our people, we’ve made the decision to have our employees work remotely until we are through the uncertainty. The good news is, you can still contact us as normal via Live Chat, email and phone. Likewise, your employees with Rest will also still be able to talk to us and seek help the same way.

We want to help you in any way we can, to provide you with information you can share with your team, as well as details on the financial support available to help you manage.

If your employees are concerned about the impact coronavirus may have on their super and retirement savings, you can download and share our FAQs with them.

Where to get help for your business

With coronavirus impacting businesses across the economy, the Australian Government has announced a range of initiatives to support businesses and their employees through these unprecedented times. This includes the JobKeeper Payment Scheme, Cashflow assistance measure and a mandatory code of conduct for commercial tenancies.
