Content focuses on the ‘stages of retirement’ and the benefits of adopting a growth mindset, how by designing your life around your wellbeing, using tiny habits to build awareness and encourage positive behavioural change, you can be more prepared for a successful transition.

The financial component unpacks the transition to retirement process, using your superannuation to ‘slowdown’ in either a role sense or days per week, while easing the impact of what can feel like a significant income hit.
