If you have chosen to receive your statement by post, we generally send printed statements by October 2024, although you can view your statement online in MemberAccess and in the Rest App.
Generally, depending on whether you’ve told us how you’d like to receive your Annual Statements and what contact details we have for you, you may receive notice about your statement via email, SMS or post.
1. Log in to MemberAccess. 2. In the ‘Member’ tab select ‘Communication preferences’ 3. Under ‘Important Information’ (I prefer to receive this information) select ‘Online’ from the drop-down option.
