How will I receive my statement?

We’re preparing your 2023-2024 Annual Statement.

If you have chosen to receive your statement by post, we generally send printed statements by October 2024, although you can view your statement online in MemberAccess and in the Rest App.

Generally, depending on whether you’ve told us how you’d like to receive your Annual Statements and what contact details we have for you, you may receive notice about your statement via email, SMS or post.

How do I access my statement online?


Remember: you’ll need either your email address or member number and password to log in.

It takes 2 minutes to set up:

  1. Enter your member number
  2. Create password
  3. Login

How to switch to online for future statements

Switching is easy! Simply:

1. Log in to MemberAccess.
2. In the ‘Member’ tab select ‘Communication preferences’
3. Under ‘Important Information’ (I prefer to receive this information) select ‘Online’ from the drop-down option.

What timeframe does my Annual Statement cover?


Your 2023-2024 Annual Statement will include transactions from 1 July 2023 up to 30 June 2024.

How do I view my statement in the Rest App?


Once your 2023-2024 Annual Statement is ready, we'll notify you and you can view your statement in the Rest App:

  1. Open Rest App
    Don’t have the Rest App? Download it here
  2. Click on menu (bottom right-hand corner)
  3. Select 'Statements'
  4. View your statement

How do I view my statement in MemberAccess?


Once your 2023-2024 Annual Statement is ready, we'll notify you and you can view your statement in MemberAccess:

  1. Log in to MemberAccess
  2. Click on the 'member inbox' tab
  3. View your statement

How do I update my contact details


The easiest way to update your contact details (like address, phone, or email) anytime is via the Rest App or MemberAccess.

MemberAccess
To update your contact details, login to MemberAccess, go to the ‘Member’ tab and click on ‘Personal details’.

Rest App
Login to the Rest App and go to 'Account' in the menu to update your details.

You can also update your contact details by speaking with one of our live chat agents.
