How will I receive my statement?

Generally, depending on whether you’ve told us how you’d like to receive your Annual Statements and what contact details we have for you, you may receive notice about your statement via email, SMS or post.

Check your details are up to date now via the Rest App or MemberAccess

How do I access my statement online?

Once the FY 2026 Annual Statements are ready, you will be able to access the statement online via:  


Remember: you’ll need either your email address or member number and password to log in.

Don’t have MemberAccess? 

It takes a few minutes to set up:

  1. Enter your details, including your Member number
  2. Verify your identity by entering your one-time pin
  3. Create password
  4. Log in to MemberAccess

How to switch to online for future statements

Switching is easy! Simply:

1. Log in to MemberAccess.
2. In the ‘My profile’ tab select ‘Communication preferences’
3. Under ‘My preferences' select ‘Online’ from the drop-down option

What timeframe does my Annual Statement cover?


Your FY 2026 Annual Statement will include transactions from 1 July 2025 up to 30 June 2026.

How do I view my statement in the Rest App?


Once your FY 2026 Annual Statement is ready, we'll notify you and you can view your statement in the Rest App:

  1. Open Rest App
    Don’t have the Rest App? Download it here
  2. Tap 'More' (bottom right-hand corner)
  3. Go to 'Statements & Communications'
  4. Select Your 30 June 2026 Member Statement to view

How do I view my statement in MemberAccess?


Once your  FY 2026 Annual Statement is ready, we'll notify you and you can view your statement in MemberAccess:

  1. Log in to MemberAccess
  2. If you’re a Rest Super or Rest Corporate member click on the 'Super' tab. If you’re a Rest Pension member, click on the ‘Pension’ tab.
  3. Select ‘Statements and correspondence’ 
  4. Click on your 30 June 2026 Member Statement to view

How do I update my contact details


The easiest way to update your contact details (like address, phone, or email) anytime is via the Rest App or MemberAccess.

MemberAccess
To update your contact details, login to MemberAccess, go to the ‘My Profile’ tab and click on ‘Personal details’.

Rest App
Log in to the Rest App, click on 'More', select 'Account' and update your details.

You can also update your contact details by speaking with one of our live chat agents.
