How will I receive my statement?

Your FY 2025 Annual Statement is now ready to be viewed online.

If you have chosen to receive your statement by post, we generally send printed statements by October 2025, although you can view your statement online in MemberAccess and in the Rest App.

Generally, depending on whether you’ve told us how you’d like to receive your Annual Statements and what contact details we have for you, you may receive notice about your statement via email, SMS or post.

If you joined Rest in Financial Year 2026, you won't receive a FY 2025 Annual Statement because it covers the period prior to your membership.

How do I access my statement online?

Once the FY 2025 Annual Statements are ready, all Rest members will be able to access their statement online via:

Mobile phone

The Rest App

1. Open Rest App
2. Tap 'More' (bottom right-hand corner)
3. Go to 'Statements' and select Your 30 June 2025 Member Statement to view

Desktop

MemberAccess

1. Log in to MemberAccess
2. Click on the 'Member inbox' tab
3. Select Your 30 June 2025 Member Statement to view


Remember: you’ll need either your email address or member number and password to log in.

How to switch to online for future statements

Switching is easy! Simply:

1. Log in to MemberAccess.
2. In the ‘Member’ tab select ‘Communication preferences’
3. Under ‘Important Information’ (I prefer to receive this information) select ‘Online’ from the drop-down option.

How do I update my contact details

The easiest way to update your contact details (like address, phone, or email) anytime is via the Rest App or MemberAccess.

MemberAccess
To update your contact details, login to MemberAccess, go to the ‘Member’ tab and click on ‘Personal details’.

Rest App
Log in to the Rest App, click on 'More', select 'Account' and update your details.

You can also update your contact details by speaking with one of our live chat agents.
