Steps to apply for a Rest Pension

1. Make sure you have read the Rest Pension Product Disclosure Statement

2. Download the Rest Pension Application Form. You can complete the form and sign it electronically. Make sure your details are correct and complete – once you’ve signed and saved the form, you can’t go back and make any changes. You will need to start the form again.

3. If you would like to nominate a beneficiary, complete the ‘Rest Pension Nomination of Beneficiary Form’

4. If you would like to transfer your super account(s) from other super fund(s) to Rest, complete a ‘Super Transfer Form (Whole balance or Partial Balance)’ for each super account. 

5. Email your completed forms to pension@rest.com.au

Is there an online application to open a pension account?

We’re upgrading our online pension application as part of improvements to our MemberAccess portal. There is a digital application form which can be completed here.
