Kulwant leads a diverse portfolio of enterprise functions including strategy, finance, legal and company secretariat, public policy and advocacy, tax, investment operations (including valuations), and strategic procurement and facilities.
Kulwant has held senior executive positions across leading Australian and global organisations, including serving as Rest's Chief Financial Officer from 2021 to 2023. Prior to joining Rest, he was Chief Operating and Financial Officer and Managing Director, Business Services at Queensland Treasury Corporation, and Group Chief Financial Officer at QSuper. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles with AMP, Clayton Utz and Deloitte, and has advised organisations across the superannuation, investment, aged care and non-bank lending sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Taxation Law from the Queensland University of Technology.
