Understanding the new Aged Care reforms


How much we’ll pay for residential aged care and home care packages may be changing on 1 July 2025.

It's one of the results of the federal government’s 2023 Aged Care Taskforce, which looked at how the health and wellbeing of older Australians is supported through government-funded home care packages and residential aged care.
