Rest, one of Australia’s largest profit-to-member superannuation funds, has continued to strengthen its internal expertise and capability with the appointment of an experienced manager to lead its operations function.
Corrine Henville has been appointed as Head of Operations and will play a key role in the provision of services to Rest members, as well as the management of key organisational partnerships.
Ms Henville has more than 20 years’ experience in managing operational and sales functions, dealing with funds management, superannuation, pensions, and investments. Her experience also extends to dealing with a variety of clients including advice channels, institutional clients, private clients and retail investors within wealth management.
“It’s imperative that we navigate complex environmental factors and operational requirements to continuously improve the services we provide to members,” said Brendan Daly, Rest’s Group Executive, Product & Operations.
“Corine brings both a breadth and depth of experience to this new role, as well as particularly strong client and team focus. She is welcome addition to the deep talent pool we have at Rest.”
Ms Henville joins Rest from AMP Capital where she held a number of roles in their Public Markets Division, including Head of Global Client Services and Enablement and Head of Retail Sales.
Prior to this, she worked with Colonial First State (CFS) in Executive Management roles across their Corporate Super operations and Operational Risk divisions. She was also a major contributor to initiatives around diversity and organisational cultural change at both organisations.
She will join the fund in June and will be based in Rest’s Sydney office. She will report to David Madden, Rest’s General Manager, Administration Solutions and Governance.
