About the Job 
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to supporting the Group Executive, Member Engagement and broader leadership team, (Member Marketing, Brand Strategy, Customer Analytics and Digital).

Supporting a Group Executive with a passion Digital and Data driven Marketing, this role is ideally suited to an experienced support professional, who enjoys supporting a high performing team, or someone who is looking to build a career in Marketing who wants to learn from some of the best in the market.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Diary and email management for the Group Executive (GE) Member Engagement
  • Create complex presentations, reports, spreadsheets and graphs; transcribing information of a technical, confidential and or sensitive nature
  • Screen mail and callers, determining importance and priority of various issues and determining what major issues should be brought to the attention of the GE Member Engagement
  • Research, compile, summarise, and analyse information to respond to inquiries
  • Organise meetings including scheduling and invitations, booking rooms, setting up agendas, minute taking, organising catering and distributing meeting documentation and minutes
  • Circulation of reminders of outstanding action items, project reports and documentation
  • Maintains all team and project artefact documentation and project financial reporting
  • Complete expense reporting, invoice processing and track budget expenditures
  • Organises team events e.g. monthly drinks and off-site workshops.
  • Project support as required.

About You:

  • Proven experience providing complex support or problem-solving, either as an executive/personal assistant or in a role with similar multi-faceted demands
  • An interest in digital experience and data-driven marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritise and organise.
  • Agile and adaptable; able to operate in an innovative environment and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Capable numeracy skills including ability to work with financial budgets and forecasts.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High degree of confidentiality and interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Comfortable and effective in dealing with a broad range of people.
