About the Job

The Customer Analytics team is responsible for developing analytical solutions to support a broad spectrum of business needs. They find innovative connections through data mining that provide the business with deep insights into the current and likely future behaviour of Rest’s members and employers.

As the Customer Analyst, you will support enterprise member strategy to define the parameters for various campaigns, unlocking the truth behind what they want to achieve and understand. You will draw on data for segmentation, lifetime value, integrated channel strategy and member experience (focusing on key journeys).

Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Develop and deliver pre-campaign analysis, targeting and post implementation reviews
  • Create and Implement customer behavioural analysis, predictive models and trigger detection techniques
  • Develop and maintain new Tableau dashboards to support analytical solutions
  • Contribute to projects designed to understand key business behaviours that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Participate in projects to understand competitor behaviour, products & performance
  • Collaborate with business owners to identify information needs.

About You:
 
  • Previous experience as Customer/Campaign Analyst (or similar role)
  • Highly proficient with engaging with stakeholders to define the campaign
  • You are confident taking briefs, challenging the requirements to shape what is needed
  • You will have a true passion for analytics
  • Solid experience with a range of databases including direct marketing databases
  • SQL and Tableau
  • Experience in interpreting and deploying predictive models
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, statistics or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
