About the Job:

Fundamentally to develop deep commercial relationships with key stakeholders (Employers and Industry bodies) to continue to grow Rest and deliver effective workplace strategies to advise, educate and engage members.

By conducting in depth analysis of customer data to increase knowledge of customer segments and monitor and interpret associated measures and implement CRM strategy to deliver customer needs. Coupled with the production of relevant employer team sales and performance reporting, tracking and forecasting employer contribution. Whilst working with Member Engagement (Customer Analytics), Innovation and Technology and Finance teams within Rest.


Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Developing and delivering analytics and business intelligence to help drive the Employer and Industry Engagement Group strategy across all employer segments, including in depth segment analysis, benchmarking, tracking and reporting.
  • Developing timely, accurate and relevant management and performance reporting on all activities including the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks and the associated mitigations to reduce risks and underachievement of KPIs.
  • Design and development of analytical work designed to understand key customer and business behaviours that drive employer acquisition, retention, and engagement, in consultation with senior stakeholders.
  • Developing forecasts, statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses to fully optimise opportunities and manage risks in consultation with senior stakeholder 
  • Developing reporting and insights, concept papers and proposals that clearly communicate information to multiple audiences to enable effective business decisions and strategic outcomes

Desired experience, understanding or credentials including:

The role requires someone with analytical and performance reporting experience, strong industry
knowledge and experience engaging senior executives and different audiences in discussions around data and analytics.  Along with proven problem solving, business research and customer design skills capability.
 
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in CRM/BI management, data analysis and reporting preferably within financial services.
  • Data Analytics/BI experience, specifically in customer segmentation, customer behaviour, NPS, CSAT and in-depth market analysis.
  • Proven analytical skills using date to form insights.
  • Experience using Tableau is highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
