How to update your details for your Rest Super account

On this page, you can find out how to update these details:

• contact details
• legal name and date of birth
• relationship details
• beneficiaries
• tax file number
• insurance cover

You can update most of these details online or you can get in contact with us for support.

Updating your contact details

Keeping your contact details up to date helps us protect your account by confirming it’s really you and reach you when it matters.

 There’s a couple of ways you can update your contact details, like your email address, mobile number or address depending on how you access your account.  

Haven’t registered for the App or MemberAccess?

You’ll need to contact us to update your details. The quickest way to do this is to open Live Chat, type ‘login issues’ and follow the prompts. Once your details are updated you can download the Rest App or register for MemberAccess to maintain your contact details.

Update my legal name, title, or date of birth

Update your name, title, or date of birth in MemberAccess. The form tells you how to make the changes, what you’ll need, and when you can expect the changes to be reflected in your account.

Nominate or update my beneficiaries

Your beneficiary is the person (or people) you nominate to receive your superannuation death benefit if you die. There are rules around who you can nominate. How you nominate depends on the type of beneficiary.

Update my Tax File Number

Add a missing TFN

You can log in to the Rest App, tap 'more' at the bottom of the screen and select ‘Account. Add your TFN in the field available. You can also add your missing TFN in MemberAccess. Go to the 'My profile' tab and select 'Personal details'. Scroll down to 'Membership details' and click 'Edit' to update.
