Super made simple with our Business Help Centre

“Nature is pleased with simplicity. And nature is no dummy.” Isaac Newton

Rest helps make super a simple way for people to save for retirement. We want to keep it simple for employers too. That’s why we've created a Business Help Centre with all the support you need to manage your employees’ super – simply.

How can the Business Help Centre make paying employees' super simple?

Simple Super Guarantee Payments

The Super Guarantee (SG) is the minimum super contribution you must pay for your eligible workers. We help you understand who is eligible, how to calculate payments, how frequently you should make contributions and how you can do it simply with Rest.

Simple Contribution Options

Your employees can choose to grow their super by making extra contributions – for example, salary sacrifice, after tax voluntary contributions or spouse contributions, and government co-contributions may be available. We explain the conditions that apply and what you can do as the employer to help your employees to grow their super.

Simple Bulk Payments

A super clearing house is an online portal that allows you to make super contributions for employees in a single payment. SCH Online* is a third-party clearing house which is available to Rest employers.

There are other options for super clearing house portals such as the ATO's Small Business Superannuation Clearing House is available if you have 19 or fewer employees or have an annual aggregated turnover of less than $2 million. Your payroll provider may be able to arrange payment of super for your employees. Note that fees and charges may apply so you should contact your payroll provider for more information.
