About the Job:

As a key member of the wider Member Engagement Team you will apply marketing principles to build targeted email, SMS, App and event campaigns to drive customer engagement and growth objectives. This role will build and execute marketing automation programs in Marketo, working alongside campaign managers to utilise data and analytics to inform segmentation, new journeys and optimise existing journeys.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Collaborate with the Member Marketing, Employer Marketing teams, and any other internal stakeholders, to develop campaigns that are targeted, relevant, and on brand.
  • Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations.
  • Update campaign and email templates for continued optimisation and/or changing business requirements.
  • Work closely with marketing teams and external agency partners to develop best practice email comms and to develop lifecycle mapping and triggers.
  • Establish automated campaigns across a range of direct channels including email, push, SMS and in-app messaging.
  • Assist the marketing teams with designing and coding emails, landing pages and web content to be in-line with best practices and with analysis on the performance of campaigns – providing recommendations for future enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as web, corporate comms, paid media and employer to enhance lifecycle journeys.
  • Ensure accurate synchronisation between Marketo and other Rest systems to maintain data integrity.

About You:

Desired experience, understanding or credentials including:
 
  • 1-2 years in a similar position.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing & communications or other relevant industry
  • Proficient with Marketo (or other marketing automation solution i.e. Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, Adobe Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with cross-channel campaign management (email, SMS, App and events), segmentation, and data analysis.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Solid documentation and organisational skills.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with web analytics and marketing tools or services.
