About the Job 
An integral part of our Innovation & Transformation division, the PMO Analyst sits within the Strategy, Planning & Portfolio Governance stream. Your role will work closely with the General Manager, Strategy, Planning & Portfolio Governance and team, assisting with preparing reports and presentations, managing forums and meeting schedules.

You will also support the Project Delivery Manager and Project Managers to develop PMO material, scheduling of canvas and business case activity into Executive approval processes. This is an ideal opportunity for an experience PMO Analyst to step into a role which also encompasses strategy and will enable you to build experience at an enterprise wide level.

Key responsibilities include:                       
  • Preparing presentations and reports, arranging meetings and forums, and additional support as required
  • Scheduling of activity as required for Leadership Team meetings
  • Working with all groups within the process for creation, review and endorsement of canvases and business cases
  • Forwarding canvases for review for benefits and strategy alignment review
  • Owning the administration of canvas and business case initiation processes
  • Develop supporting material, process maps, guides, packs, lean canvas and business case updates
  • Scheduling, capturing and communicating decisions for canvas and business cases through the Executive Leadership Team
  • Perform project coordination activities for small projects

About You:
  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid of the two)
  • Knowledge of project management disciplines (scheduling, governance & status reporting, risk/issue management, change management, financial management, resource management)
  • Experienced communicating to a broad stakeholder base (C-Level through to operational staff)
  • Exceptional MS Office Skills (powerpoint, excel, visio, word)
  • Project Management Certification (Prince 2, PMI, Agile) – Ideal.
