About the Job  

Innovation and Transformation are accountable for planning and preparing the organisation for the future through strategic technology innovation as well as charting our business strategy and executing for today and tomorrow.

The Service Management Systems Support & Reporting Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, improvement of Service Management Systems. Along with analysing, reporting and presenting insights and data for all I&T Operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Establish requirements and conduct analysis to develop high quality reporting and dashboards relating to IT Service Operations
  • Utilise tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Power Bi or Tableau to prepare and present the reports and data
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors on key reporting items
  • Deliver daily, weekly, monthly operational and APRA audit related reporting and documentation
  • Analyse and report on patterns and trends to improve service delivery
  • Administer and maintain our Service Management Systems
  • Work closely with the Incident and Problem Manager, Change and Release Manager to develop and implement enhancements to our ITSM systems, catalog and processes
 
About You: 

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated specialist to join the Application Services Team. You enjoy utilising your reporting skills take pride in delivering information. You are an independent worker, with the ability to meet deadlines within short time frames and to manage changing priorities.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Relevant tertiary or technical qualifications.
  • ITIL V3 or 4 Foundations
Required experience, understanding or credentials including:
 
  • Experience with Implementation, administration, support, and improvement of Service Management Systems such as Axios Assyst or ServiceNOW
  • Recent working experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management in an ITIL-aligned environment
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is desirable as is experience with Agile methodologies and ways of working
  • Experience presenting and actioning audit items
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the proven ability to liaise and negotiate
  • effectively with people internal and external to the organisation
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to operate collaboratively in a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships
