Exciting opportunity for an experienced EA supporting Senior Executives to join our team in this 12-month contract, commencing in August.

About the Job 

As the Executive Assistant, you are responsible for providing high level executive and administrative support to your Group Executive and the wider leadership team within the Risk and Governance Group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide high level executive support to the Group Executive
  • Provide administration support to the leadership team
  • Extensive Diary and email management
  • Travel and expense management
  • Meeting coordination, agendas, minutes and action items, presentations
  • Work closely with the Executive team and Board of Directors in relation to Board, Committee, Sub-committee, and Executive meetings
  • Coordinate and manage team events
  • Prepare and collate Board and committee reports, documents, complex reports and spreadsheets
  • Perform ad hoc administration for the wider Group, inductions, new starters, Team training requirements.
  • Support the Rest office function across the Executive Assistant team
About You:

Ideally, you are a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, can juggle competing priorities and build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in this 12-month maternity cover.
  • Previous EA experience supporting Senior Executives
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines
  • Agile and adaptable; to operate in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • High degree of confidentiality and interpersonal sensitivity, comfortable and effective in dealing with a broad range of people
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an environment requiring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Financial services and/or superannuation experience highly desirable
  • Experience working in a regulated environment highly desirable
