About the Job 
A newly created role, the Head of Digital Advice will shape the strategy and roadmap for our market leading digital advice channel.
Your role will:

  • Lead the formation and implementation of Rest’s digital advice strategy, including making recommendations on emerging advice technologies
  • Build, maintain and manage a clear roadmap for the digital advice channel
  • Analyse and identify ways to continually improve experience and conversions through the digital advice journeys

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the overall digital advice strategy
  • Working with the advice and education compliance team to assist with ensuring the requirements of RG 255 are met, and any other relevant compliance guidance
  • Partnering with the Innovation & Transformation group to align broader Rest technology solutions as presented by projects and any impacts they might have on advice systems
  • Developing and maintaining the relationship with key vendors, suppliers and service providers.
  • Ensuring that digital advice provides a “customer first” approach
  • Analysing customer reporting (including NPS, CSAT, campaign reporting, internal and external research insights and business reporting) to gain valuable insights for strategic and tactical decision making
  • Keeping informed of new advice trends to apply and share knowledge within the team
  • Determining an outcomes analysis for our digital advice business.

About You:

  • Proven technical experience in managing advice software and/or online Solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering end user training.
  • Proven experience and highly developed skills in managing the change and release management processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the proven ability to liaise and negotiate effectively with people within and external to the organisation.
  • Able to work independently, with good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines within short time frames and to manage changing priorities.
