About the Job
 

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing insight-led one-to-one communications/campaigns, member experiences programs to help members, and drive positive member outcomes. 
You will take a multi-channel approach across campaigns, ensuring members are reached in the most suitable channel, with the most relevant and timely messages.

Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Develop and deliver highly targeted one-to-one data-driven communications and campaigns
  • Design campaigns to drive positive CSAT, NPS, Retention, and other relevant member outcomes or actions.
  • Develop marketing strategies, comms plans and member journeys, designed to improve engagement, drive key messages and desired member outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to achieve the desired member and business outcomes. 
  • Apply insights, data, and relevant expertise in briefs.  Deliver creative outcomes with a focus on excellence and effectiveness. 
  • Manage project timelines and agreed budgets, including those of agency partners.
  • ensure excellence in campaign implementation using evaluation, reporting & ongoing optimisation.
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring consistency of brand, tone of voice and member messaging across all member touchpoints.

About You:

Ideally, you have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong working relationships.  You will be highly analytical, and a data-driven marketer who is always looking to optimise success and deliver best member and business outcomes.
 
  • Tertiary qualified in Marketing or similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Min 5yrs experience in a data-driven marketing role within financial services or a highly regulated industry
  • Experience in one-to-one marketing, specifically CRM, direct marketing and digital.
  • Solid end-to-end marketing campaign management experience and a proven track record of results.
  • Excellent grasp of Customer Experience principles and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong brief writing skills, specifically geared towards an insight-driven approach.
  • Strong skills in creative evaluation, providing feedback on creative to internal and external partners
  • Experience using market research and experimental testing (e.g. A/B testing) to evaluate creative and copy.
  • Experience in managing marketing effectiveness through campaigns metrics, developing and delivering against KPIs.
  • Experienced stakeholder management, ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Experience in project management, reporting, budget performance and strict timeline management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to present to large groups in a clear and motivational manner.
  • Good understanding of research with skills to interpret data findings and implement insights.
