How to update your details for your Rest Super account

When updating your information, it is important to note the process can vary for security reasons.

Updating your contact details

Keeping your contact details up to date helps us protect your account by confirming it’s really you and reach you when it matters.

You can update your contact details like email address, mobile number or address in the Rest App or if you’re using a computer, you may prefer to use MemberAccess.

3. Select ‘Account’

update your details

If you’re using a computer, you may prefer to use MemberAccess.

1. Log in to MemberAccess

2. Under ‘Member tab’,
select personal details

3. Update your details

Update my legal name, title, or date of birth

Updating your name, title, or date of birth in your Rest account is now even easier with our online form, which takes 5-8 minutes to complete. The form tells you how to make the changes, what you’ll need, and when you can expect the changes to be reflected in your account.

Nominate or update my beneficiaries

Your beneficiary is the person (or people) you nominate to receive your superannuation death benefit if you die. There are rules around who you can nominate. How you nominate depends on the type of beneficiary.

You can make, change, or remove your non-binding beneficiary nomination at any time in the Rest App, or online in MemberAccess

Update my Tax File Number

Add a missing TFN

You can log in to the Rest App, tap 'more' at the bottom of the screen and select ‘Account. Add your TFN in the field available. You can also add your missing TFN in MemberAccess. Go to the 'Member' tab and select 'Personal details'.

If you are having difficulties updating your TFN, please contact us. 

Reviewing and updating your insurance cover

If you’ve gone through an important life moment such as your marital status has recently changed (either married or divorced) or if you’ve recently started a family, it may be a good time to review your insurance cover. This helps you understand your financial situation and whether you might need to make any changes to your cover.
